Happy Spring, Sunshine! It’s the perfect time to celebrate the cycles of the seasons and take time to notice the subtle nuances of the shifts in nature. This week we’re joined by my good friend Maia Kiley of The Regenerative Collective to discuss a beautiful practice to greet the spring and build connection with your community.
Align with Nature this Spring
By Maia Kiley, Founder of The Regenerative Collective
This month, we celebrate the Spring Equinox also known as Ostara. The equinox is the point when day and night are the same length. This marks the close of winter and a new beginning of colorful life. The weeks following are a time of rapid expansion in the plant world. New life, increasing light, and circulating air.Â
A simple and powerful way to align with nature is pausing to honor nature’s cycle. Gather your friends and family and celebrate this time of balance and renewal. Because we are also growing. The seeds of what we planted in winter are starting to show. We are emerging as well into the promise of a new season. This emergence may include your projects in the climate movement and aligned actions.
